We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase, but if you are not you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging including tags and in a re-sellable condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Texturise reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.
Once we receive your return, we will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will be issued to the original payment method.
If an item being returned brings the amount spent below any qualifying level for any offer, the offer value may be deducted from any refund.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item please return within 30 days of receipt, in the conditions stated above, clearly stating your requirements. A change of mind exchange will incur additional postage charges.
REFUNDS
If you wish to receive a refund, please return your item within 30 days of receipt in the conditions stated above, clearly stating your reason for refund. Refunds will be made excluding the delivery charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay their own return costs.
If the item is faulty, a full refund will be made including the delivery charges.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
In Texturise we take every care to ensure that you are receiving the best quality product, but very rarely some of our products might not be as perfect as we’d like. If you identify a fault within 30 days of receipt of item(s), please simply contact us on sales@texturise.co.uk and we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please let us know exactly what was wrong so that we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.
If the fault is found after the 30 day period, then please email us on sales@texturise.co.uk to find the best solution for you.
Please take extra care to read our care labels or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the item is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
When we have dealt with your parcel we will update you by email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you chose to receive a refund, please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your debit or credit card statement.
If, after sending your item to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on sales@texturise.co.uk so we can investigate.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)?
The item(s) should be unused, in its original packaging including tags and in a re-sellable condition.
Please package your parcel securely, enclosing your original packing slip inside the parcel.
If you are shipping an item(s) over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
